Committee Functions
  1. ​Advises and Assists the Board in preserving and enhancing the physical environment of the community.
  2. Monitors the facilities and grounds maintenance programs.
  3. Inspects facilities and grounds, obtaining professional advice through Management.
  4. Recommends Improvements to the landscaping plan.
  5. Recommends capital improvements and the repair and replacement of facilities and equipment.
  6. Prepares facilities maintenance budget recommendations.
  7. Identifies surplus and/or obsolete equipment and recommends disposition, in coordination with the Manager.
  8. Identifies and recommends items for Reserve fund.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
