Committee Functions
- Advises and Assists the Board in preserving and enhancing the physical environment of the community.
- Monitors the facilities and grounds maintenance programs.
- Inspects facilities and grounds, obtaining professional advice through Management.
- Recommends Improvements to the landscaping plan.
- Recommends capital improvements and the repair and replacement of facilities and equipment.
- Prepares facilities maintenance budget recommendations.
- Identifies surplus and/or obsolete equipment and recommends disposition, in coordination with the Manager.
- Identifies and recommends items for Reserve fund.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
