Q1: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A: Each unit owner has one vote at the annual membership meeting or any special membership meeting. Voting for members of the Board of Directors is by secret ballot. All other voting is in person or by proxy.

Q2: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A: Unit may not be divided or subdivided. Appurtenances may not be conveyed, devised, encumbered, or dealt with separately. Unit shall be used for single family only. Common elements must be used in accordance with rules and regulations. Carpet or any other covering shall not be installed on the unit's balcony.

Garage space must accompany apartment. Owners must provide keys and garage door opener to lessee. Recreation Facilities are for use of lessee only during rental period.

Q6: Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually?
A: The Association rents out a limited number of storage lockers. The fee is based on the size of the lockers and is due on the first of each month with a separate check.

A: Each unit has an outlet(s) for TV reception that is connected to a roof-top-antenna. Also, Basic Cable, Digital, and Internet Service is available from Advanced Cable Systems. There is a drop box for cable payments in the Association office.
