Bayshore suggests that all Real Estate Sales persons see that their clients submit the following within the time frame given below, in order that they be presented for Board approval.

A.  Completed "Application for Occupancy"
B.  Completed "Approval of Sale"
C.  Completed copy of the "Contract of Sale" - signed by both parties
D.  Copy of "Rules and Regulations" to read and sign
E.  A "complete background check" fee per person along with two forms of identification for each applicant over the age of 18 years old. See Fee Schedule. 
F.  Estoppel fee if needed. See Fee Schedule.
G. A one-time processing fee per application valid for 6 months after approval of the Board. See Fee Schedule.

The above six items must be complete and RETURNED TO THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE before a meeting can be set up with the Sales and Leasing Committee. (Committee would like 2-3 day notice of meeting).

​BOARD MEETINGS ARE HELD ON THE 3RD THURSDAY OF THE MONTH.
